The “Fantasmas” hitmaker’s new album embraces change, and Humbe even flew all the way to Iceland to make a reggaeton. Comforting anxieties and searching for inspiration, he found himself in a place where the sun never sets — Iceland in summer. 

“I envision this album as this planet of ashes. So, I wanted to go into that state, be lonely and create the inner dialogue heard on the album,” he shared with Los Angeles Times. 

Drawn to music as he grew up, Humble found great success in the middle of the global pandemic, wherein he took matters in his own hands, finding inspiration in isolation. Earning a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist back in 2021, his rise was met to overwhelming recognition and support from his fans. He started attracting listeners at a global scale, and people can’t get enough of his Latin pop and contemporary R&B hits.

“[We found] that type of conflicting emotions there, but those are the type of trips that help me open up,” the singer shared with Remezcla about creating his first reggaeton track “VETIVER Y AMARETTO.”

“This album taught me that change is necessary,” Humble shared, with words of wisdom that one cannot evolve if they don’t welcome life to love themselves.
