713 Music Hall
Young The Giant is hitting the road this year to promote their latest album, Victory Garden. They saw no need to complicate things any further, and they named the tour that as well. This tour has a stop at the 713 Music Hall in Houston on Thursday, July 9th. If you're from around here, you know this is not the type of event that we get in this area all that often. That's all the more reason to not miss this stop.
The Cold War Kids, a 2000s indie band, just like Young The Giant, are going to be joining them throughout the entire tour. If you're here for some of those chill beats mixed with deep lyrics, then KennyHoopla's gonna be right up your alley. This man's one of the up-and-coming performers in the genre, and he'll be the first one to set foot on stage come Thursday, July 9th. This is a great chance to come out to the 713 Music Hall, chill, and have a blast at the same time. Click the "Buy Tickets" link now.
Make sure that you take your cough syrup before this one! Not because you're going to need a strong enough voice to match Sameer Gadhia's singing from the stage. Instead, because you might need to turn down the noise on the outside world a bit to make sure that you can connect to the groove that the band's going to be putting forward. One word of advice for this event: make sure you get out to the 713 Music Hall early so you can find your seats and just be ready to go when the show starts. Very rarely do you get a chance to sit back and relax for an extended period, like you will at this concert. The last thing that you want to do is come in with that sense of stress of being late!
Different Kind of Love is the only new song that's seen the light of day to this point. As we move closer to the summer, you'll experience the full album drop. Make sure to add Victoria Garden tracks to your playlists because the tour is promoting the album, so they'll be a major staple of the setlist here at the 713 Music Hall. Of course, Young The Giant won't forget about their Cough Syrup and Superposition. This is also one of those concerts that you can just vibe to, which makes it all the more appealing.
This is one of the toughest venues in the country to find a "great" spot in. Some of the seats off to the sides offer some decent amenities, but you won't exactly have perfect views of the stage from there. If that is what you're worried about, then make sure that you concentrate on trying to find a place in the middle of the theater that's going to allow you to be in on everything that's going on.
Spots might run out sooner than you anticipate. Be sure to click the "Buy Tickets" link before anything else happens.
