100 Level General Admission Floor (Standing Room Only)

The spacious floor directly in front of the stage offers a layout optimized to minimize sight obstructions and create intimacy between performers and audiences. You can stand in the general admission area for the most immersive concert experience. 

This general admission standing section puts you closest to the performers and right in the middle of the action. You’ll enjoy unrestricted movement and, if you arrive early enough, the opportunity to claim your preferred spot within the section. The positions nearest to the stage barrier are popular, so be sure to leave yourself enough time to get there before the crowd fills in these gaps.

Tables (Ground Level)

You’ll find there are limited tables also available on the ground level, on either side of the general admission standing area. This main floor seating provides excellent proximity to the stage, with straight-on views of the performers. These table sections may include reserved seating or standing room configurations, depending on the event type, so be sure to check the details before you book.

200 Level (Second Floor) With Raked Seating and General Admission

You can enjoy elevated views from the second-floor level, located one tier above the general admission standing area. The section includes tiered reserved seating and general admission areas, depending on the event configuration. 

All of these higher elevation sections provide great sightlines and some breathing space away from the main crowds on the ground floor. These sections feature comfortable seating and easy access to the various bars and restrooms.

A few VIP boxes on this level offer private viewing experiences with premium service. 

300 Level (Third Floor) With a Balcony Overhang

If you’d prefer to experience the performance from a bird’s-eye view, the 300s offer the venue’s highest elevation (and the most budget-friendly tickets). You’ll have a sweeping view of the entire stage and performance space below, making these sections an excellent value while maintaining strong sound quality. 

This mezzanine includes a spacious lobby area with bars and lounge seating. Some guests prefer to have some distance between themselves and the action below while still being able to hear and see everything clearly.

VIP and Premium Options

All You Need To Know About Accessibility at 713 Music Hall

This Houston concert venue emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility for all guests. VIP ticket holders can use a separate accessible ramp located to the right of the VIP entrance.

The venue’s box office operates on show days, opening one hour before scheduled door times. You’ll find the main entrance is fully accessible, and staff are available to assist if you need help finding your designated seating area. The following policies apply to accessibility at 713 Music Hall:

• Sign language services: If you require sign language interpretation, you may email [email protected] two weeks before the event to request assistance. You should include your ticket type and the number of guests requiring interpretation.

• Service animals: The venue follows ADA guidelines, allowing trained service animals related to a disability. The service animal must remain under control, well behaved, and on the floor. Emotional support or comfort animals aren’t allowed.

• Medications: You may bring prescribed medication in original, labeled containers matching a valid photo ID. The venue cannot store medications. Over-the-counter drugs must also remain in their original packaging.
